Common House

Our 4000 square foot Common House is the primary gathering area of our community, and an extension of our individual homes. It is designed to encourage chance interactions between residents as we do laundry, get mail, or relax in the living spaces. The Common House is prioritized for common meals and community events, and can be used by residents for private events, parties, classes, and group meetings. It features a large dining room, commercial-style kitchen, sitting room, terrace, pool and ping pong tables, kids and teen rooms, two guest bedrooms, laundry facilities, mail and music room, and large sunny patior. The Common House is ADA accessible
