Our Homes
There are 34 private homes in our community, each is fully equiped with kitchen and laundry hookups. Homes are designed to be comfortable and encourage neighborly interaction by proximity. Thick shared fire walls create privacy and combine to form 3-6 homes per building. We enjoy the four seasons from the highly efficient comfort of our homes. Large double paned windows and skylights bring in natural light and insulate from both the heat of summer and the cold of winter. The hydronic radiant heating system means you never wait long for hot water, and your lungs don’t dry out from hot forced are in the winter. Passive cooling in the hot summers keeps the home in the 60s-70s degree range without any additional energy.
The homes are owned individually as condominiums and owners add unique upgrades such as ceiling fans, flooring and kitchens, sound systems, shelving and cabinetry. Homes range from 2 bedroom-1 bath flats to 4 bedroom-3 bath townhouses. All homes are wired for high speed internet and utilize community wide heating, gas, and solar panels. Members pay a monthly Homeowners Association fee based on the size of their home and optional garage that includes many additional ammenities not typically included with HOA dues.
